Jolly'S Bulb And Gauge

Designed to allow investigation into the relationship between temperature and pressure at a constant volume. The apparatus consists of a glass bulb 60mm in diameter connected to a Bourdon Gauge. The connection is sealed ensuring that the volume of gas in the apparatus is constant. The bulb can then be immersed in hot or cold water and the effect on the pressure within the bulb can be directly measured from the gauge.
